Short answer: No, the free samples are not royalty-free.
 
If you use them in a beat or song that results in a sale (on platforms like BeatStars) or lands a major placement, the split is typically 50/50. For collab samples, it’s usually 25/25/50 — meaning you still keep 50%.
 
Since I’m offering these for free, I can’t include full royalty-free rights.
However, every paid kit I offer is completely royalty-free, even for major placements. That’s something you rarely see out there, and I’m proud to provide that value. Just a simple credit would always be appreciated.
 
The samples are designed with a focus on dark, unique, and analog styles heavily inspired by artists like Future, Travis Scott, Nardo Wick, but also touches of Kanye West and Playboi Carti.
