For Major Placements only credits/mentions are required if you used a Full Sample, a Starter or a "at least 8-Bar Phrase" 
But the Royalty Part on Major Placements could be discussed in terms of if you used a Full Sample or only a Starter, so contact me in an event of a major placement and you used a Full Sample or Starter.

Free Beta/ Free Kits: Full Samples and Starters are Not Royalty Free and proper Credits are required (My Beatstars: Viom)
Everything else inside the Free Kits (e.g Drums or One Shots) is Royalty Free and no need for Credits.
